We do our best for fair and transparent corporate management under SJIT Co., Ltd.’s management philosophy of “contributing to human society by creating the best products and services based on talent and technology.”
1. Comply with laws and ethics.
1-1. Respect individual dignity and diversity.
- Respect the basic human rights of everyone.
- Forced labor, wage exploitation, and child labor are not permitted under any circumstances.
- We do not discriminate against all stakeholders, including customers and employees, based on race, skin color, age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, disability, pregnancy, religion, political orientation, union membership, marital status, etc.
1-2 Compete fairly in accordance with the law and business ethics.
- We comply with various laws and regulations of the country and local community, respect the market competition order, and compete in a fair manner.
- Do not gain unfair advantage through unfair means that deviate from commercial ethics.
- We do not give or receive quid pro quo gifts, money, or entertainment during business activities.

- We accurately record and manage all company transactions so that all stakeholders can objectively understand business activities.

2. Maintain a clean organizational culture.
2-1 Strictly distinguish between public and private matters in all business activities.
- If there is a conflict between the interests of the company and an individual, the legitimate interests of the company shall take precedence.
- Do not use the company’s assets or your position to seek personal gain, and do not engage in any wrongdoing, such as embezzlement or misappropriation of company assets.
- Do not trade in securities, such as buying or selling stocks, using information acquired in the course of your duties.
2-2 Protect and respect the intellectual property of the company and others.

Informant Protection Principles
Protected
In principle, informants are protected only when accurate evidence is submitted under their real name. We will also thoroughly protect the reported information of the informant and related stakeholders.
- Relevant protection provisions for informants are as follows.
- Informant status
- Evidence presented by the informant or collected information related to the report
- Matters that may imply the person to be discussed
- Follow-up action on results after reporting, etc
Protection policy
- Reporters and reported information are strictly treated as confidential in the ethical management department, and fraudulent reports are protected by a safe security system. Additionally, the reporting process is carried out by limited personnel who have pledged to strictly keep the details of the report confidential.
- If it is recognized that disadvantageous disposition or punishment against the informant occurred due to the report, restoration or equivalent compensation measures will be taken.
- If you report fraud or corruption involving yourself, it will be handled reasonably through sufficient extenuating circumstances.
- If you receive a disadvantageous disposition due to a tip-off, you may request correction and protection from the management support team, and the responsible department will take all measures to minimize the disadvantage.
Irregularity Report
1) Purpose of reporting operation
In order to improve transparency in our business and establish an ethical corporate culture, we receive reports on corrupt practices that result in unfair profits or losses for the company in relation to external stakeholders, such as business partners.
2) Types of fraud subject to reporting
- Receiving bribes (including money and valuables) and entertainment from business partners
- Financial transactions between business partners and executives and employees
- Harmful actions, preferential treatment, and equity investment by business partners
- Embezzlement, theft, and self-interest of company funds
- Matters related to work discipline
- Leakage of company information and manpower
- Other cases of fraud and negligence
3) Report fraud
“The informant’s confidentiality is absolutely protected, and the informant will not suffer any disadvantages due to reporting”
We receive reports of unfair work practices, unreasonable demands using their positions, and corruption by SJ IT executives and employees, and they are processed in a confidential manner.
In the case of anonymous reports, if the content is not specific and the factual basis is unclear, we may not proceed with the investigation.
